We understand that quality gear is essential for your outdoor experiences. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Whether you need a different size, color, or simply changed your mind, we’ll make it right.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

To begin the process, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at:

  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and send you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange

Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email about the status of your return.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return. If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Charcoal products
  • Fuel & Smoke products
  • Rubs & Sauces
  • Opened or used BBQ cleaning & maintenance products

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
