Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your outdoor gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Available for all orders
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Available for most regions (some remote areas excluded)

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain parts of Asia and remote locations. Shipping times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our outdoor equipment and BBQ gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preference (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and send you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange

We’ll inspect returned items within 3-5 business days and notify you via email about the status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days depending on your bank
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days

Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Information

For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return:

  • If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Opened or used BBQ cleaning & maintenance products

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
